RANK: Welding Engineer / Scaffolding Supervisor / Outfitting Supervisor

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION / REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Welding Engineer – Candidates should have experience managing welding activities, ensuring quality, supervising subcontractors, and maintaining full compliance with welding documentation and industry standards. Experience with PQRs and WPSs is required. Experience on large-scale projects is preferred.
Scaffolding Supervisor – Candidates should have offshore scaffolding supervisory experience, strong knowledge of scaffolding standards and safety regulations, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Certification in scaffolding supervision (CISRS, SPRAT, or equivalent) is required. Experience on drillships or offshore rigs is preferred.
Outfitting Supervisor – Candidates should have offshore drillship experience and proven outfitting supervision experience, with strong knowledge of piping, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and structural installations. The role requires the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, effective leadership and team management skills, knowledge of offshore HSE standards and quality requirements, and experience coordinating teams and subcontractors.
