Napad dronovima u Kaspijskom moru: Lukoil gasi proizvodnju na ključnom polju

Jedan od najvećih ruskih proizvođača nafte, Lukoil, privremeno je zaustavio proizvodnju na fiksnoj platformi LSP-1 na naftnom polju Vladimir Filanovsky u Kaspijskom moru, nakon napada četiri ukrajinska zračna drona. Riječ je o prvom zabilježenom napadu dronovima na rusku naftnu platformu u ovom akvatoriju.

Naftno polje Vladimir Filanovsky, otkriveno 2005. godine, najveće je naftno polje u ruskom dijelu Kaspijskog mora. Njegova dnevna proizvodnja iznosi oko 120.000 barela nafte, što ga čini strateški važnim za ruski energetski sustav i izvoz sirove nafte pomorskim rutama, piše Splash247.

Prema navodima neovisnog ruskog portala Astra, koji se poziva na izvor iz Ministarstva za izvanredne situacije Rusije, napad se dogodio u večernjim satima 8. prosinca. Dronovi su pogodili platformu LSP-1, koja se koristi za bušenje, eksploataciju bušotina i primarnu proizvodnju nafte i plina. Nakon udara obustavljena je proizvodnja s više od 20 bušotina.

Posebnu pozornost izaziva činjenica da Kaspijsko more leži više od 700 kilometara od najbliže ukrajinske granice, što otvara pitanja o načinu i lokaciji s koje je napad izveden, kao i o sigurnosti offshore energetskih objekata u regiji.

Ovaj incident uklapa se u širu ukrajinsku strategiju ometanja ruskog izvoza nafte i plina, uključujući napade na pomorsku logistiku i brodove povezane s takozvanom “shadow flotom”. Samo dan ranije, ukrajinske snage izvele su napad pomorskim dronovima na suezmax tanker Dashan u Crnom moru.

Riječ je o tankeru nosivosti oko 165.000 dwt, izgrađenom 2005. godine, koji je ranije povezivan s mrežom Gatik Ship Management te je pod sankcijama Europske unije, Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva, Kanade, Australije i Švicarske zbog sumnjivih poslova s ruskom naftom. U trenutku napada plovilo je, prema dostupnim informacijama, koristilo lažnu zastavu i plovilo prema Novorosijsku.

Napadi na offshore infrastrukturu i tankere dodatno pojačavaju sigurnosne rizike za pomorce, operatore platformi i brodare koji djeluju u Crnom i Kaspijskom moru, uz moguće posljedice na globalne tokove nafte i cijene prijevoza.
