U Jadranu kreće postavljanje mreže od 28 meteorološko-oceanografskih plutača

Vlada Republike Hrvatske donijela je odluku kojom se Državnom hidrometeorološkom zavodu odobrava posebna upotreba pomorskog dobra za postavljanje 28 meteorološko-oceanografskih plutača u Jadranskom moru.

Odobrenje se daje na razdoblje od 35 godina, a ukupna površina pomorskog dobra koje je obuhvaćeno ovom odlukom iznosi 6.171 četvorni metar. Plutače će biti raspoređene u gotovo svim primorskim županijama te na području brojnih gradova i općina duž Jadranske obale.

Ove specijalizirane plutače imat će važnu ulogu u prikupljanju podataka o morskim strujama, temperaturi mora, valovima, ali i atmosferskim uvjetima poput vjetra i tlaka zraka. Sustavno prikupljanje podataka omogućit će preciznije prognoze vremena i stanja mora, što je od posebne važnosti za sigurnost plovidbe, ribarstvo, turizam te za istraživanja vezana uz klimatske promjene.

Postavljanje mreže plutača predstavlja značajan iskorak u unaprjeđenju pomorskih i meteoroloških istraživanja te jačanju sustava sigurnosti na Jadranu.

Capesize segment u plusu zahvaljujući rastu brazilskog izvoza željezne rude

Prema podacima BIMCO-a, brazilski izvoz željezne rude u razdoblju od siječnja do kolovoza 2025. porast će za oko 4 posto u odnosu na prošlu godinu. Oporavak rudarske aktivnosti i veći izvoz prema Kini potaknuli su potražnju za capesize brodovima, unatoč slabijoj globalnoj potražnji za čelikom.

Brazil je drugi najveći svjetski izvoznik željezne rude, s udjelom od 23 posto u globalnoj trgovini, dok Australija predvodi s 54 posto. Gotovo 73 posto svjetskog izvoza završava u Kini, a dodatnih 11 posto odlazi u druge zemlje istočne Azije. Posebno je značajno što se 97 posto brazilskih tereta prevozi capesize brodovima, uključujući VLOC-ove, što dodatno produžuje plovidbe jer brazilski tereti putuju gotovo tri puta dulje od australskih, piše Safety4Sea.

Unatoč padu globalnog volumena od 1 posto, duže rute iz Brazila dovele su do rasta od oko 1 posto u ukupnoj potražnji za tone-miljama u prvih osam mjeseci 2025. godine. Istovremeno, Australija je imala prekide proizvodnje zbog nepovoljnih vremenskih uvjeta, Peru zbog problema u lukama, dok je Indija smanjila izvoz zbog cjenovnog pritiska i jače domaće potražnje. Za razliku od Brazila i Australije, indijski tereti uglavnom se prevoze supramax segmentom.

Na strani uvoznika, kineska potražnja slabi zbog smanjene proizvodnje čelika, koja je pala 3 posto u prvih sedam mjeseci godine. Izvoz čelika iz Kine porastao je 11 posto, ali to nije bilo dovoljno da nadoknadi pad domaće potrošnje. Kriza u građevinskom sektoru i višak od 408 milijuna četvornih metara neprodanih nekretnina dodatno opterećuju potražnju. I Japan i Koreja također bilježe pad proizvodnje čelika.

Gledajući unaprijed, OECD predviđa daljnji pad kineske potražnje za čelikom, ali i moguće pozitivne pomake za tržište željezne rude. Od studenoga 2025. očekuje se početak izvoza iz rudnika Simandou u Gvineji, što bi moglo povećati globalnu ponudu, spustiti cijene rude i dodatno produljiti prosječne brodske rute, čime bi capesize segment mogao zadržati stabilnu potražnju
